IncredibleForest
Version: Affinity Designer (Windows): 1.9.1.979 I got quite big problem with crashes during copy or duplicate - this is not strictly related to version above - it was also occuring in several previous versions. I'm attaching example file, repro steps and crash dump. Steps to reproduce: 1) open attached test.afdesign file 2) ctrl+a 3) ctrl+c I got similiar crashes previously on various projects. Somewhere on the forum I've read that disabling windows clipboard history might help - and it helped for a while, but now happens again. test.afdesign b9c403a5-073e-4dcd-b558-c1d0f2d71f58.dmp
Staff Sean P Posted March 1, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 1, 2021 Hi IncredibleForest, We're aware of crashes that can happen when using Copy in conjunction with Windows Clipboard History (or other forms of clipboard management) as you've stated I would double check Windows Clipboard History from Windows Settings > System > Clipboard is still disabled and also ensure you don't have any other software running that might manage the clipboard history. I'll pass your comments over to development and get the issue bumped.
IncredibleForest
Thanks for reply. To complete information: I've already checked my clipboard settings, and they are all disabled. ("historia schowka" is clipboard history, and the second option is for syncing to other devices) Also I don't use any clipboard managing software.
