Henry N
Affinity Designer question: I wasn't sure what to name the topic, but I was wondering how I could combine these 2 shapes without that line in between that makes it look like it's not combined. I used the "Add" feature but it was still there. I could overlap the shapes and add them that way, but I want to keep it exact and clean. Here's both the stroke and filled view. Thank you! Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Henry. Moving one of the shapes to make them overlap would reduce the overall height, which is obviously undesirable, but what you can do is to create an overlap at the join. Choose the Node Tool and drag the middle of one of the abutting straight edges so that it curves to overlap the adjacent straight edge, and then switch to the Move Tool, select the two objects and click on the ‘Add’ button in the Geometry section of the toolbar.
