Can you please confirm for me, was the PSD you were sending to your friend created in Affinity? If so, which Affinity app and which OS (Windows, Mac or iPad)? Do you see an error if you try re-opening the exported PSD file in Affinity, or does this only shown when opening the file in Photoshop?
