Dag Zimmer Posted February 26, 2021 Share Posted February 26, 2021 Since 1.9 I cannot use Topaz DeNoise as a plug-in any more on my Macbook (OS 11.2.1). I get the following message: "DeNoise AI model is missing or corrupted (TF)". The problem is totally new.I have not changed anything that could have caused it. We've been quite busy lately due to the amount of new posts/support tickets generated by the latest releases and the 90 day free trial offer/discounts. I've reproduced this here and logged the issue with the development. I'm not sure if the problem lays on Affinity Photo or on the plugin itself. The issue seems related with the sandboxed environment Affinity Photo is running on (Mac App Store version). Thanks for reporting it.
