Table of contents with links

Hi, What's the trick to creating a table of contents with links? I saw in another thread that 'Allow advanced features' has to be clicked when exporting the PDF. But even though I have 'Allow advanced features' clicked, the TOC is still not clickable. 

Also, the header right before the TOC (the one that says 'Table of contents') is automatically included in the TOC even though 'Include entries before TOC' is not checked in the Studio panel...

I think there is a spot in More in the export dialog which needs to checked for the ToC to be hyperlinked.

Thank you SO much! It works! I only had 'Include hyperlinks' checked, but not the bookmarks.
