jeffro02 Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 I recently purchased Publisher from the Apple store, but can not get it to download. I have bought Designer and Photo from the store, years ago and had no problems. I am running Mojave 10.14.6 and have been able to update Designer and Photo to 1.9 no problems, I can see that the latest updates are also there. I have done the log out of store and restart, to no avail. The payment has come out of bank account after a couple of days, so I know its all paid for OK. I am stumped, and would appreciate any help on the matter. Many thanks in advance, love your programs. Quote

Apple and Serif share no customer data so I think this is a problem for you to take up with Apple Store Support. Since you have bought the app from the MAS they must sort out exactly how you are to be able to download the product.
