hta Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 My husband purchased affinity photo a month ago. I don't believe he signed in to his apple store account when purchasing because on the receipt he received his email address is listed as his apple ID, which is not his correct. We are trying to load affinity photo on another computer and can't seem to get access the application. How else could I go about this to get access to the app? They should be able to help you track down the account the purchase was made on. Once you have found that account you should be able to log into it on the other computer and download it again from the App Store.
