Hi All,

I have a document which is behaving strangely.

I purchased and installed a new font.

I then created a PPX9 document and used the font. - then saved and closed the document. so far so good.

I then opened the font in font creator, made some changes to some of the glyphs and re-installed the font.

Then i opened the PP doc and look for the character changes and they are not there.

I tried uninstalling teh font and re-installing, and rebooting the computer... however...

When i look at the characters in the  Insert -> symbol -> other map the updated glyphs re not there and (this is weird) the font is listed twice in the font list in the upper left. However in a new document the font is only listed once and the updated glyphs appear.

So it seems my existing document is holding onto the old font. When i go under tools- resource manager the font is linked (not embedded)

any thoughts - thanks!

What you were told back in 2017 about the purpose of these forums remains true, Marc.
