I have created artwork in Affinity Designer on MacBook Air and exported them as PDF files to the desktop and can be looked at and opened as normal...all OK so far. These need to be sent via uploading them to publishing house but when the browse window is opened all PDF files are greyed out and not selectable, even ones that were previously created and used.. This only seems to have happened since the latest software update but it maybe something simple I am missing that I need to do to rectify. Yes definitely PDF files, Exported @ 300dpi print ready and would work ok if I sent them as email attachments but with the online company I need to use I have to upload to them.
