Bizarre letter caught between two lines

Recommended Posts

Can you copy and paste that paragraph into a new document and post the new document on here?

Which app are you using?

I'm not getting that character in any of the apps.

I copied and pasted the paragraph to a word.docx. I do not see this roaming "i" in this. It is still in the Affinity document.

Thanks!

In your Publisher document it is the very first letter in that text flow, it has a massive negative leading offset so it is appearing lower down from the first line which is where it is. This was probably inserted inadvertently by the user in Publisher.

Click in the paragraph with the text tool move the text caret to the very beginning of the text by using the arrow keys. Once you are there hold down shift and hit the right arrow (-->) key to select the first letter, hit delete.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

It turned out that the "i" was  attached to the FIRST sentence. Go figure that one.

@Old Bruce already did!
