Morten_Hjort
Properly a very basic thing to fix, but how do I make sure that the second line is on the same indention-level as the first line (so "Ved" is aligned vertically with "jeres")? h_d
I don't know if there's a way to do this numerically, but if you choose Text Rulers from the View menu you can select the paragraph and adjust the sliders: Here the downward-pointing arrow slider at the top (the tab stop) has been pulled to the left and the two indentation sliders have been adjusted to the right so that the first line indent matches the overall left indent. walt.farrell
It's automatically setup that way if you use the Bulleted List option (Context Toolbar) or (in Publisher) if you assign the Bullet 1 Text Style. So, if you have Publisher, just examine the Bullet 1 Text Style, and it should show you how to do it for your own text styles. Basically, it's done with the Left Indent (for the second and subsequent lines) and the First Line Indent. You'll find it in the Paragraph part of the Text Style definition, or in the Paragraph panel. gary danang
Thanks guys for your help.. figured it out from copying the textbar in powerpoint... got to say was not particularly easy to find any documented explanation... also the textbar needs to be a basic tool in designer... not just publisher... I'm not sure what you mean by "the textbar". The Frame Text Tool and the Artistic Text Tool and the Context Toolbar (for each) are quite similar in both Designer and Publisher. h_d
I think @gary danang probably means Publisher's Text Ruler: Which as far as I can see is not available in Designer. gary danang 1 Quote Affinity Photo 2.5.3, Affinity Designer 2.5.3, Affinity Publisher 2.5.3, Mac OSX 14.5, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel.
