Today Windows 10 had a long update and after that the affinity apps required me to introduce the validation key again, but they keys I receive in my email are not working, I double checked if my email was wrong but no, both my email and key are the right ones but the app says me: "The details you entered are not valid. Please ensure your email address / organization name and product key match precisely the details you have been given". Reinstalling the apps didn't fix it. Just in case I tried to register again my email for the 90 days promotion but of course it didn't work, what can I do? I really was enjoying the apps. I guess in the meantime I can use the per default 10 days trial, but if I do that can I still back to use the 90 days keys when this issue (hopefully) gets fixed? And I don't see how a Windows 10 update would affect the use of the trial applications. That's definitely strange. My only suggestion is to use a different email address to re-register for the 90-day trial.
