Auto Arrows, Stroke Dashes w/Pen Tool? Or other way?

Recommended Posts

Anyway of doing this on iPad AP? I cannot seem to find it, if supported feature.

(automated arrows) I know AD supports this, but I’m speaking about AP. Thanks.

APh doesn’t have a Stroke Studio, so it lacks the stroke controls that allow you to do things like adding line ends or making the line dashed. You need to construct what you want in AD, save it outside of the sandbox, open the saved file in APh and copy the object(s) you created. You can then ‘Paste Style’ to other objects in your APh document.

As Alfred said there isn't any way of doing this sensibly, I had considered creating an asset panel with each example of the arrow but to do what Richard does to the text needs more than an asset panel.

What I would like to know is why V1.7 Affinity Photo on Desktop received this feature but the iPad has been left behind, and it isn't as if it can be claimed that it wouldn't be possible to implement on the iPad since Affinity Designer on iPad can do this.

thank you fellas! As always, the champions in my eyes.

And here I was all this time, wondering what am I doing wrong, that I couldn’t figure this out.

@DWright Paul raised a powerful point, would you happen to know why? Or at very least ask devs?  Might take wright, to make this right!
