JR1950 Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 After I bought the program, 1.9.0 on 9 Feb 2021, I managed to successfully edit 2 photos, with very good results, two days later it would not open. I tried reloading it from the downloaded file, which wanted to "repair". No success. I tried Windows 8 setting, Windows 7 setting. Finally I went into my Windows 10 as an Administrator and deleted everything I could find re: Affinity Photo, reloaded again. Still nothing. I downloaded again from Affinity, but it is still broken. The little Windows wheel goes around and around for a bit, then it just stops. Very frustrating. I sent an email to Affinity about 5 days ago showing my product key but have not heard back.
