aitchgee Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 After the update to 1.9 I can no longer access the help files. A new Window opens but nothing is displayed. GarryP Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 When you say “a new window opens”, do you mean that you get a ‘blank’ help window which we can’t see in your image, or something else? If you don't get the Help window at all, try this: Click on the Designer icon in the Taskbar; Click on the Designer Help icon in the Taskbar; Press Alt+Space then X; Press Alt+Space then R; Press Alt+Space then M; Press any arrow key on the keyboard; Wiggle your mouse around a lot. You should now see your Help window. If not, then it’s probably a different problem that will need more work.
