Staff Sean P Posted February 17, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 17, 2021 Hi GokhanEser, Can you see anything in your Mac's console logs relating to this error at all? Look for an entry around 16:09 on 17th Feb. If so could you attach what you see please?

Staff Sean P Posted February 17, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 17, 2021 Unfortunately that's not correct - I need you to search the list in the name of your Mac under 'Devices', search for 'Affinity Designer' and then scroll to the time frame of 16:09 on 17th Feb. I've included a screenshot below of the rough area you need to be looking in. I presume you're using the Mac App Store version of the app? It sounds as though you're suffering from Apple's sandboxing security feature that will prevent any file from being read or written if it exceeds a certain amount of file I/O operations. This is generally caused by having a lot of fonts on your system (as each of these are read on run up, so can cause this to happen quite soon). There is an FAQ post on this issue here: If it is down to the sandbox security feature there is unfortunately nothing that we can really do about this as it is imposed on us by Apple. Gokhan Eser
I am not using the App Store version. And, I installed approximately 750 fonts on the system.. Ok, I understand. While trying to clean it, I think I deleted the error. I'll share it here when I get the error again.
Gokhan Eser
Hello again @Sean P, I don't understand much about the Mac Console. But, I recorded the process step by step. Maybe it can work. Ekran_Kaydı_2021-02-22_12_45_02.mov
