No 1.9 update for Photo in Windows

Hello,

Whatever I start and restart Affinity Photo 1.8.5.703, I never get proposed the upgrade to 1.9.

What did I miss ?

If you purchased the application from an App Store – not the Serif website store – then you need to go to that App Store to get the update.

Thanks Garry and Leigh,

I purchased the 1.8 Win version early 2020 from Serif website.

I dont think I registered the app at that time. I did register another version for iPad, but not the one for Win.

Now I can download the 1.9 version from Serif, but just for trial version or provide Registration key.

Any idea where I can retrieve the Registration key in my 1.8 Win version ?

If you purchased from Serif, you can visit https://affinity.store/account/downloads to get a download link and your product key (though the key probably won't be needed).

Thks for your interest. On my Affinity account, I can only see the brushes I purchased with the Affinity Photo package version ?????

Incomprehensible, as I really use the genuine Affinity photo on my PC.

If you do not find a record of purchasing Affinity Photo in your Affinity Store account, there are only two possibilities:

1. You did not purchase it from Serif, but from the Microsoft Store. Or

2. You purchased it using a different email address, and thus a different Affinity account.

I am afraid you are perfectly right. Just Login on Microsoft store, it propose the upgrade for Affinity Photo.

Did not upload yet, but it is maybe the solution. 

Cannot recall using Microsoft  store before today ???
