Yannig Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 I would like to edit a Master Page. Double click the Master Page. Select the top layer (Master Page) in the Layers panel. Click Detached. [crash] I haven't found a way to prevent this from happening. Beta 1.9.1.952 does not solve it. I have no 3rd party software installed from the "bad list". Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 Note: You posted this in Designer Bugs, not Publisher bugs (A moderator can move it, and update the problem ticket.) Question: Are you (a) editing a Master Page or (b) editing Master Page content on a document page. (Or, I suppose, if you have Masters applied to Masters, (c) editing Master Page content on a Master Page.) #1 sounds like (a) but #2 and #3 sound like (b) (or possibly (c)). Some screenshots might help? Staff Jon P Posted February 16, 2021 Staff Posted February 16, 2021 I've moved this to Publisher I can't reproduce this (assuming the master page double clicked in step 1 has another master applied to it), can you maybe upload an example document? Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
