NicBham
I am using Smart Objects to create a mockup of one of my prints and this is happening once I upload the image. Is there any fix for this? It has just started happening in the last two days before, no issues. Sorry I'm not a graphic designer so don't know the correct terms for things and literally only bought affinity to make mockups!
Staff Sean P Posted February 16, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 16, 2021 Hi NicBham, Would you be able to attach a copy of the Offending PSD that you're using so we can attempt to reproduce the issue here please. Without the PSD I won't be able to see what is happening with it. I've created you a link to upload the PSD to our internal Dropbox account. Thankshttps://www.dropbox.com/request/Qm8yK9Z3qrYlrT4O5s48
NicBham
Hello, Here is the file with the issue. I have been using the previous version of Affinity and have had no problems so it is definitely a problem with the most recent update. thanks! NicBham
Hello! Has this been resolved yet? I am still using the old version so so I can use the file. Thanks!
Staff Sean P Posted March 29, 2021 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2021 Hi NicBham, Unfortunately we won't get any notices that files have been uploaded unless you respond to the thread. However I've checked the file in the latest 1.9.2 beta for Windows and can confirm I'm no longer getting the issue that 1.9.0 was showing, so it does look to have been resolved in the next version.
