Than resize the frame and the object should go crazy with position and scale. If all looks normal, than cut the frame and paste it and than resize it. OK I see it now. But that strange number becomes normal once you've moved or resized the item. That's why I didn't see it at first. I thought that he couldn't move the rectangle.
