rpoelking
I'm finally beginning to dig in to the Affinity Suite and I'm just working on scanning and converting line art to vector. I have my images saved as SVG and opening them in Designer to do some clean up work (replacing text etc). When I save my working file, it crashes the finder. I'm using a MacBook Pro 2019 16" with Catalina 10.15.7 with 16Gb ram. I'm running Designer 1.9. After selecting the save location and clicking save, it will freeze with "Save document as" frozen to the screen. See screen shot. I've tried this 2x with the same result. rpoelking
UPDATE - it appears to be related to the fact that the files were being saved on a network drive. When I moved the files to my local drive--I was able to save. Seems like something Affinity should look into--saving things to a network drive seems pretty common for a professional (even though that is not me).
