pcdlibrary
Can I create a para style for a story that has the first line of the first para flush left, perhaps with a drop cap, or optical alignment - in case there is an opening quote, there will be a hanging indent; and the first line of succeeding paragraphs having different attributes, such as indents? Old Bruce
Hanging indents are a pain in publisher, in essence they do not exist. If you must use it you would need to make a wider text frame and have an offset for all the Paragraph Styles with the exception of the one (occasional) use case. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Works fine, now. Typography>Optical>Font. Hanging indents sample.afpub

What I did was only meant to be an example, as in: "proof of concept that it can be done". Thanks for the link anyway. Haven't watched this one yet.
