Save Selections within AP

How to save selections inside the software like PS rather save in a file that may lose.

Select your elements you want to export, export and pick in the pulldown Area: Selection with / without background.

Or maybe I misunderstood your intention?

Assuming you want to save a “marching ants” type selection, use the Channels panel and (with the selection active) right click on Pixel Selection and choose Save to a Spare Channel.

Oh, thank you, I did save As Spare Channel, but after save, how to recall the selection as PS "Load Selections".

In the Channels panel, right click on the Spare Channel and choose “Load to pixel selection”.
