Se cierra affinity Photo y Designer al intentar iniciar sesión en mi cuenta. Adjunto video.

Lo acabo de comprar para windows 10, si no hay solución para estos días como puedo reclamar la devolución del dinero? lo compre en la pagina de affinity con mi cuenta.

Hola, Qué plazo tenemos para solucionarlo? Podríais dar a los usuarios que tienen comprado tanto Affinity Photo como Designer,  el enlace de descarga de la versión 1.8. Para poder activarlo bien con nuestro usuario mientras solucionáis el problema de la 1.9.

Hi @Nativo,

I've not got a definite timeframe I'm afraid, although we're hoping for a release of 1.9.1 some time next week if testing goes to plan. That release should fix this issue, although you may find that the app will still crash the first time you try it, but then use a fallback code path on subsequent registrations.

You might also want to try the latest beta to see if that resolves your issue.
