loukash
Custom Studio Presets sometimes appear in the Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts > View list. It is possible to add shortcuts, but they will not stick. Then the presets may eventually disappear from the View menu shortcuts list altogether, for instance if resetting shortcuts. While it would be a nice feature, it behaves more like a bug. Very inconsistent. Same in Designer and Publisher. Staff Gabe Posted February 19, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 19, 2021 Hi @loukash, Sorry for the delayed reply. Keyboard shortcuts for Studio presets are quite broken at the moment. I suggest you save your documents before fiddling with them as they can lead to a memory leak and you would need to force close the app. Better not use any Studio presets Shortcuts at all until we release a fix for this. loukash
loukash
I see, thanks for the warning. Tom Wang
Same here, they appear & disappear randomly. When they eventually show up they would always show a yellow triangle warning no matter what shortcut you would assign to them. If this feature would work properly I would use it all the time. I managed to create a workaround by adding custom shortcuts in the macOS system preferences feature for individual app shortcuts but even then this will only work if you "initiate" them by manually selecting them once in the view menu... A_B_C
Is that memory leak still leaking, @Gabe? It seems I can get studio presets to work through the System Preferences workaround, but they will refuse to do their duty unless I manually selected one of the studio presets at least one time from the View menu. 🤔 MacBook Pro 16'' 2019, macOS Catalina 10.15.

Not just in Affinity.
