Default colour selection option to Swatches

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the Affinity forums @Meinona and @migo33.

Simplest would (made this for myself) be to have Swatches and Colour panel not being grouped, but a single panel of their own.

Hi @migo33 & @Meinona,

My apologies for the delayed response here, we are extremely busy following our 1.9 update and working from home is unfortunately extending our response window to be longer than normal, many thanks for your continued patience and understanding here.

Unfortunately when opening the Fill / Stroke colour options from the Context Toolbar, it's not possible to set a default for which panel is shown and the app will always default to the 'Colour' option here, my apologies.

I will move your post to the feedback section of our forums for our devs to see and consider adding this option in the future - I hope this helps!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
