Rasterizing a layer blurs it if there are Unsharp Mask or blurring live filters in the layer stack

Hi,

There's a bug that's been plaguing Affinity Photo for almost a couple couple of years now. I just found that it's still present in the newest version 1.9. Every time I rasterize a pixel layer, it gets blurred if there are Unsharp Mask or blur live filters in the layer stack. Here's my older thread about it.
