Ulf3000
Hello, the first thing which springs to the eye when opening up any of the Affinity programs, is that the UI isnt colormanaged. Means -> Color Chooser, Swatches and Navigator show entirely different Colors than whats drawn in the viewport (use an idisplay/spyder calibrated wide gamut monitor to test this) . Thats kinda bad , in Photoshop they also colormanage the swatches and the color chooser ( i could live without the navigator but the other two are important). I guess this is a core feature missing the devs notice(you wouldnt really notice unless you use a wide gamut monitor i guess). Most new good Monitors are wide gamut monitors so its kinda important to add this feature as fast as possible

Can you provide a sample/screenshot? If the correct ICC profile is set for the monitor in the OS, then the colors of the canvas/document and UI should not differ. Most new good Monitors are wide gamut monitors so its kinda important to add this feature as fast as possible Hi, I have a wide gamut Eizo monitor that I calibrated myself with an Eizo calibrator. I instantly spot software that is not colour managed (you know the horror) and never, ever use it. I see no difference between colours in documents and colours in the color chooser and swatches though. I even made some measurements. Never had the issue myself either. So at least my UI is colour managed. Could you please provide an example - upload it (rather than paste it into post). And measure the colors on screen as well. Sometimes smaller areas of vivid colours fooled me. Quote "The user interface is supposed to work for me - I am not supposed to work for the user interface." Ulf3000
yes you are hardware calibrated , directly in the monitor . that means everything is colormanaged by default and you can just choose srgb in os and progs (or choose nothing at all) im not that lucky , im calibrated with an idisplay pro through and icc(icm) profile ... krita and photoshop have colormanaged ui(colorpicker etc.) but affinity photo , clipstudio paint and s ill attach a screenshot ... the big red strokes and the color picker are supposed to be the same color. Krita and Photoshop have it, Clipstudio and Affinity progs dont

Like in your setup. Only colour managed programs display correct colour managed colors and on my system all colours in Affinity look fine. Windows desktop etc. etc. looks awful.
