roblee007
Hi, Would consider adding support for Leica C-lux typ 1546. I know that it would be welcomed by many users of this camera. Thank you! _1001242.RWL _1001243.RWL _1001250.RWL _1001252.RWL
David in Яuislip
The Leica seems similar to the panasonic tz200 / zs200 and the latter is in the database as Panasonic DC-ZS200 & compatibles Obviously it wont auto select the lens which is a bit of a pain Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/
roblee007
What's the point then? It should support this camera fully. emmrecs01

Well the point of my post was to advise how you could use Photo to apply the proper lens correction in advance of Serif catching up If you want to automate the camera recognition then you need to get the relevant info. from herehttps://github.com/lensfun/lensfun/blob/master/data/db/compact-panasonic.xml Delete all the <lens> and <camera> info. not relating to the Panasonic DC-ZS200 Then change the Panasonic data to show <maker>Leica</maker> <model>C-Lux 1546</model> Save the .xml file and put it in the LensProfiles folder which on mine is C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0\LensProfiles Restart Photo and open a raw file Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/

I just select & copy the text then paste it into a text editor, make the changes and save it as LensID.xml Quote Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Intel i7-1360P 2.20 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Affinity Photo - 24/05/20, Affinity Publisher - 06/12/20, KTM Superduke - 27/09/
roblee007
Hi, Can I leave other Panasonic data, if I use other Panasonic cameras, LX5, LX7 etc? Thank you!

I don't see why not but what will it achieve if that info is already in the Affinity database? As I understand it, profiles in the LenProfiles folder will supersede anything built in. So it could be useful if you have profiled your actual camera/lens but repeating what's already there won't help. Did you get the Leica lens working?
