Suhas
Hi, We are facing issues after we updated the affinity 2 days ago. When we try to open a book which was edited in previous version of affinity, affinity crashes immediately after opening the book. It doesn't allow us to edit or export the book. I am attaching folder container crash reports. This is a work stopper for us Please let us know how to resolve this. Staff Jon P Posted February 15, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 15, 2021 Thanks, this actually seems to be different to the other couple of reports we've had, I've PM'd you a link to a new file, I'm curious if this loads for you correctly? Can you also navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\ and upload the Log.txt file here? Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
