Studio Presets & Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi, I have 3 studio presets that I use depending on the task I am doing. I have created a keyboard shortcut to bring up the Preset Management panel which remains when I close Affinity Photo 1.9 & reopen it. However, if I create shortcuts to the individual presets to make life even easier they are deleted on closing & reopening the application. My operating system is Windows 10. I have attached a couple of screenshots showing the shortcuts. Hope you can help. Thanks, Geoff

But only in the 1.9.1.943 beta for Photo, not for Designer.

And only temporarily. After a Photo restart they're gone.

I don't know about Designer as I don't use it enough to download the beta versions. I have restarted the Photo Beta 943 several times & the shortcuts to the studio presets remain. They are Control+Shift+# where # is a number between 1 & 9. These numbers are in the order the presets appear in the preset manager.

Have you tried changing any keyboard shortcuts, and seeing if the studio preset shortcuts remain after that?

Or, in particular, changing any of the studio preset shortcuts, and seeing if all of them are still present after that?

Hi Walt, I have just tried changing a couple of shortcuts & sure enough restarting photo clears the studio presets. Clicking on reset does restore the previous behaviour. The only shortcuts I customised in 1.8 were to use Alt+L & Alt+M to bring up the library & macro panels respectively. With the presets in 1.9 I shouldn't need these but it is strange behaviour.

Hi all,

This issue seems to be fixed in build 952 - Latest beta.

Thanks. Might be nice to get the release notes updated :)

Ah. Sorry. His reference to .952 led me to think it was something new there, and I didn't check the earlier beta release.
