jt49
Affinity Photo 1.9.0, Windows 10 (updated), Nvidia drivers updated. I start AP, and click the My-Account-Button (or Help > My Account). Then AP crashes (see dmp-file from the Affinity crashreports folder) 4ac96a12-b9a5-4c70-8166-96b1a0df169a.dmp
Staff Leigh Posted February 8, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 8, 2021 Thanks for the crash report. We're currently looking into this. Is it possible to give me answers to the following questions? - Did you buy the app from the Microsoft Store? - What version of Microsoft Store do you have running (found towards the bottom of the Settings page)? - What's the version number of c:\windows\system32\RuntimeBroker.exe? - Are you running any anti-virus software? If so, what is it? I look forward to hearing from you.
