Can't Set Bleed Color (Designer 1.9.0)

One of the supposed new features of Designer 1.9.0 is the ability to customize the color of the bleed guides. You're supposed to be able to see a color chip under the Bleed tab in the Document Setup dialog box, but I don't see such a color chip on the Bleed tab.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

I'm running on OS X High Sierra.

Clearly an oversight on the Mac side. This is the hazard of trying to develop software for multiple OS platforms.

If I recall it correctly it is the same on Windows.

Also, I find it strange that margin and bleed colour controls are absent from File > New dialog and, therefore, custom colours cannot be included in custom document presets.

I agree. Perhaps they wanted the ability to set them, but didn't have time to include them in both places?

There are several possible reasons, but I see little value in guessing at kindly excuses.

Unprecise from my side. I only want to express that this is not Mac OS only and that you can define bleed colour only in Document Setup on Windows too.
