Phillip Rutledge
First let me say I am grateful for the new feature that allows me to access my account and download content (brushes, etc) from inside the program. What I don't understand is why I need to download inside each program. I would have thought that once it was downloaded once it would be identified as downloaded in each related program. And why can I not download and install all the content I've purchased? Some of it still has to be downloaded and installed from the website. That being said I am looking forward to exploring the program more and more and look forward to trying the new features as well. Keep up the good work!!! The applications have never shared any content data (brushes, assets, etc.), and this new function does not change that. Perhaps someday... 7 hours ago, Phillip Rutledge said: And why can I not download and install all the content I've purchased? Some of it still has to be downloaded and installed from the website. The function can only download content that has a defined location (directory, file) to be installed into. The application knows where its assets and brushes and styles live, so it can download and install those. However, it has no idea where you might want to download a JPG or TIFF overlay file that will reside outside the program. So for those you need to perform the download manually, so you can tell the program where you want to put it. iuli 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
