I have installed three times libpersona.dll (300MB), librastertools.dll (81MB), Serif.Interop.Persona.dll (50MB) etc. It looks like most of installation is same in all three apps. But, I think Serif also has to cater for situations where it's desirable to have them separately, which probably makes it a bit more complex.
