Content download account window

Recommended Posts

Hello Affinity Team,

GREAT UPDATE!

Request! ( for all the programs , designer, photo, and publisher )

when i downloading content from the account window, I and probably other really need the option to where its downloaded to.

My C drive is OS only. I have all my programs and content on D drive. I need the ability to save or move these downloads off my C drive as there is limited space for the OS only.

Is there a way now to move them and re add the assests manually? Perhaps a option for downloads later release?

Gary

As I mentioned in your other topic it's not specifically the downloaded content that ends up on C.

All your assets, brushes, etc. end up in your AppData folder, which Windows puts on C. In theory you can move it. In practice, I'm not sure how well it works.

Some additional parts of the program also end up on C, in the ProgramData folder. Again, I think Windows allows you to move that. But neither of these is simple to do.

I've thought about experimenting with it, but have never taken the time to do so.
