PSD files import

Hi

I used to import PSD files Normally, but now suddenly I can’t import anymore,  the relevant box that allows me to import PSD files is on “checked” in preferences section but its not allowing me to import the files ,, files are faded

please I’m looking for support

Me with a similar error. today I went to import mockups in psd and everything is horrible. I was bragging about abandoning photoshop ...

Please resolve this.

In regards to the issue you're reporting @OYA, can you please confirm for me:

Is this happening for all .PSD files on your iPad, or only certain ones?

What location are you trying to load the files from? (ie a Cloud location, 'On my iPad'?)

Do you have any other creative apps installed on your iPad that can access .PSD files, such as Adobe Fresco? This has been known to cause compatibility issues with Affinity, as shown here -
