Can't register the new Version 1.9

Hey thank you for the answer. The system language is English (US), and Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher are all English (US) default. Could it be that I purchased all three from Microsoft Store?

When I try to register Photo 1.9 I get the "Please wait a moment" message and then after a few seconds I get a crash. I enabled the function to automatically send a crash dump and then tried again with the same result.

My system and photo language are both UK English

Amateur John I think this would be best dealt with in it's own thread as we believe most of these users seem to have a Microsoft Store specific problem, and that is what is likely to be mainly discussed here
