The reason for this must not be the language, because I signed in (in this order) without a problem: APu = English, AP = German, AD = English.

It indeed does but shouldn't the program default to English if one doesn't set any other.

I think it should default to your OS language, but changing to English worked for me (and changing back to ‘Default’, logging out and logging in again still worked).

it's probably because changing language forces the app to restart

The iPad apps don’t restart but changing the language still works.

But you chose one after installing?

No, signed in with the used language from preferences.

Hi @Fietefietsen,

Please close the Affinity apps, then right-click on the icons and select Run as Administrator. You should find you're now able to register the applications once they open.

I hope this helps :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
