How can I get a texture layer to affect a text layer only while leaving the rest of of the project alone?

Please see attached .afphoto file. 

I've got two texture layers that I want to affect my text layer (but nothing else), but I can't figure out how to do that. I've tried placing those layers above and below the text layer, as well as nesting them underneath. No dice. 

Any suggestions?

The text is white and the textures are white with transparency. I could make various guesses at what you wish to achieve and make suggestions of how to do that, and we might eventually hit the target, but it would be better if you explain what you mean by "affect".

@haakoo @anon2 Yes, this is the look I'm going for. Thank you. 

I managed to get the effect to work with black text below, but can't seem to make it work with white. Obviously I need to invert the texture layer so it appears as displayed above.
