Ok, quite impressed by Affinty Photo so far BUT does anybody know how to hide the 'marching ants' marquee using a keyboard shortcut? I have found that Command+D makes it disappear but it doesn't make the marqee re-appear again. Annoying, as this is really useful when editing fine detail work. No, not useful, ESSENTIAL. Using 'show pixel selection' in the view menu is very slow not to mention amateur.

Many thanks
Carlos

Welcome to the Affinity forums!

You can turn the marching off via menu View >> Show Pixel Selection. There is no keyboard shortcut assigned per default, but you can assign one with Edit >> Preferences >> Keyboard Shortcuts >> Photo >> View.

Jip Cmd-D is no toggle command, in order to reshow a dismissed selection there is the "Select again" menu command, which can also be assigned to some custom keyboard shortcut via the apps keyboard shortcut prefs settings.
