What file format you recommend for images what i edit for book in Affinity Photo(Designer and i want keep them in selected colour profile?

JPEG does support CMYK (but, as you say, it is not lossless). I agree that TIFF would be best.

Yes,  AP can export jpeg’s in CMYK.
If the starting document is already in CMYK it should use this when exporting.
If the document is in RGB and you are exporting from the ‘Photo Persona’, then you will need to choose CMYK in the Export dialog under the ‘More…’ button > set 'Pixel Format' to CMYK and then choose an ICC profile under the ‘ICC Profile' option.
If exporting from the ‘Export Persona’, again the same ‘Pixel Format’ and ‘ICC Profile’ options can be found there.
Note though that you will likely see colour changes in the exported image if you were working on it in RGB.
