[By Design] Colour assigning/colour conversion

I think this function is not intended as you mean it. If you change the color profile via document settings, the two buttons below refer to a one-time conversion of the entire document. This means that either all colors are only assigned with the profile you selcted or all colors are converted into.

and when I place a new file in the document it is not assigned but converted. I don‘t think that assigning works properly, thats my problem.

When I choose assign colours in the document settings, it should be saved with the document as long as I don‘t choose convert, the button should stay at "assigned".

Assign/Convert is not an option for the document, or for files you add to the document later. It is an immediate change to the color format of the document itself.

It is not used when Placing files later.
