Document info on Artboard

Morning guys,

when I send design art boards to my clients for approval or to show design, I would like to be able to publish for example:

My business name, the file name, version number etc onto the proof.

At present, I just insert this using the text feature in a custom made box down the bottom, but was wondering if there was a way to make this data appear on the art board, similar to an architects design?
