Shapes lose fill and stroke

Hello

When I change a shape, for example a speech bubble, into a textform, it´s losing fill and stroke.

When I create a speech bubble in PUBLISHER, it´s keeping fill and stroke after this change. Copying this element into the clipboard and inserting it into AFFINITY PHOTO it remains there fully editable.

Wouldn´t it make sense to have the same behaviour of shapes in PHOTO, DESIGNER and PUBLISHER?

When you paste a (converted) text frame into Designer/Photo it keeps it appearance but it's not fully editable - you have no way to change the Fill and Stroke colors of the shape in these apps. Only Publisher provides more control of text fames through the Text Frame panel where you are able to change these attributes.
