VenkatN
Hello, I have Affinity Designer 1.8.6 on MacOS 10.13.6. It is not creating a new document using File -> New. I can paste from a clipboard, delete the graphic and do a save to create a new file (not productive). I can also open an existing file. How can I create a new document in Affinity Designer? Thanks. Venkat.
VenkatN
Ok, I figured it out. The dialog box that comes up after clicking File -> New was outside the view of my monitor. I barely had enough pixels to drag it into view. The issue has now gone, I am able to create new documents. Wow, that was a fun experience, you may want to double check why this happened. Staff Sean P Posted February 4, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 4, 2021 Hi VenkatN, Thanks for letting us know. I'll take a look into it. Glad you managed to get it back though. VenkatN
KJW
Great catch. That was driving me crazy too. Found it as a tiny sliver in the bottom right hand side of screen. VenkatN
