I am opening certain AI files that I have in Designer and when I do, I have noticed that all my layer groupings are gone and all I see is about 1000 layers of minutia. For example most objects in groups will be separated and no longer in groups. AI import is something that may be improved in the future so groups may eventually also carry across.
