Hi, I have searched hi and low, I've looked in the help section and on youtube and I can't find something that I hope is so easy, it's just something I'm missing...  Is there there some sort of slider bar for text size, to increase/decrease by 1 point increments like there was in Drawplus?

On straight text it's not an issue - I just click and drag, but I need it for text on a path.  I often spend a lot of time going up and down, and adjusting to get it just right, but I can't find a way to easily do that without lots of clicks.

Hi @Caroline L,

There is no slider but you can click in the "Font Size" window of the context bar and use the mouse wheel to increase/decrease in 1 pt increments.

Thank you!  I'll need to invest in a different mouse because mine really doesn't work for this, but it's the answer so thank you very much :)

On Windows (don’t know about OS X), you don’t need to click in the font size field to be able to use the mouse-wheel-scroll to change the font size, just hover the mouse pointer over the font size field and use the scroll action.
You can also, while using the scroll-wheel, use SHIFT to increment/decrement by 10 (instead of 1) or CTRL to increment/decrement by 0.1.

However, if you do click in the font size field to ‘activate’ it then you can use the keyboard up/down arrow keys – with a SHIFT or CTRL modifier if necessary – to change the value.

These actions should work on any numeric input field, not just font size.

Thanks so much!  I’ll have a play around to work out the best method for me :D
