Sanity Menon
Hey! Hope all is well with everyone! My girlfriend is trying to export a affinity file into a .psd so she can work with it on photoshop on her other computer. We keep getting an “error exporting file” message. we tried changing dpi to 144 and 72, neither worked. File is smaller than 30000 px X 30000 px resample: Bilinear. firstdefence
Welcome to the forum @Sanity Menon Does the file export to other formats without error? Try exporting to PDF, the file should open just as well in photoshop. else upload the afphoto file and we can see if we get an error. thirty thousand pixels square... how much smaller? firstdefence
PDF is a good compromise, I'm not altogether sure what differences there are between PDF and PSD if any, but PDF is a good compromise for maintaining layers, text, raster and vector.
