Hi @pcdlibrary,

I've moved this to the Share Your Work section of the forums, as it fits much better here.

However the link you've provided asks you to register or sign in when followed - could you please provide a link that doesn't require any registration, so that any users can view your work? :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

This never came up before/don't know how to do what you ask. I just clicked on the link, to test it & got an error message: can not reach the page.

Click on the ‘choose files...’ link at the bottom of the box where you compose your forum message. Browse to your local copy of ‘Newsletter in progress.pdf’ and confirm that you want to upload it. Once the uploading process is complete, submit your forum post in the usual way.

As @Alfred said, it's better to upload the file to the forums (and I see from another post of yours that you figured out how to do that)

But if you do want to share via Dropbox, sign-in to Dropbox and select the file you want to share. Then

  1. Click on Share on the right.
  2. In the sharing dialog, click on Create then copy link.

Appears that it's easier & faster to upload files to the forums, rather than to use Dropbox.

When uploading works, yes, it's easier/faster. :)
